SasakiPLASTIC, RECONSTRUCTIVE & AESTHETIC SURGEON
Beauty that lasts beyond the moment.
Respecting facial anatomy, function, and the harmony that makes you uniquely you.
01 — Philosophy
SURGERY IS NOT SIMPLY ABOUT CHANGING A SHAPE. IT IS ABOUT RESTORING HARMONY, EXPRESSION AND CONFIDENCE.
“Not to change your expression, but to reveal the character and beauty already yours.”
My approach is grounded in the anatomical understanding developed through plastic and reconstructive surgery, with an emphasis on natural, harmonious beauty. A face is not a static form; it is how we communicate emotion. I attend carefully to every detail, seeking results that remain balanced as time passes.

Doctor
Medicine, precision
& quiet confidence.
I specialize in comprehensive facial rejuvenation, viewing the forehead, jawline and neck as one continuous anatomical system. For complex changes caused by aging or previous facial bone surgery, I offer treatment plans grounded in anatomy rather than surface-level correction.
Current Practice
Where I
practice.
I see English-speaking patients exclusively at YOUR FACE Tokyo, where consultations and treatment are available in English.
02 — Expertise
Facial rejuvenation,
as a whole.
Rather than treating one area in isolation, I consider continuity and balance across the entire face. These are my principal areas of expertise.
Face & Side Neck Lift
From the jawline through the neck, surgery is planned around deep anatomy to create a natural contour with lasting balance.
→02Forehead & Temporal Lift
The forehead, temples and brows are evaluated as one unit to address upper-face heaviness and the appearance around the eyes.
→03Deep Neck Contouring
Structures beneath the chin and through the neck are assessed to improve harmony from both profile and frontal views.
→04Lower Eyelid Surgery and Mid Face Lifting
Dark circles, bags and hollows are treated together with the midface, helping restore a smooth and natural transition from the lower eyelid into the cheek.
→03 — Academic
Advancing the
standard of care.
I believe in sharing clinical insights at meetings in Japan and abroad, learning from international advances, and bringing that knowledge back to patient care in Japan.

Modern Oversurgery
Oversurgery is no longer defined only by the number of procedures. This article examines how treatment focused too narrowly on one area, technique or device can gradually disrupt the balance of the face.
